We know how tight parish budgets are. We don't want you to keep a resource which you cannot use. You must return the items to us within 14 days of your purchase, following the return instructions on your invoice. If your product is defective or damaged, call the home office at 800-321-0411 within 14 days to report that. Returns initiated after 14 days need special approval and may not be allowed.
