We know that pausing each day to look back over the people and events of the day can lead to deeper faith. St Ignatius taught his Jesuit brothers to do this and, down through the centuries since then, The Daily Examen has become part and parcel of the spiritual life.

Here is a handy presentation of the daily Examen process. This one-fold flier can be printed in either black and white or color, and is suitable for everyone from youth to senior adults. We have adapted it only a little to make it more useful for you.
