Confirmation in restored order (before Eucharist)

There are an increasing number of dioceses and parishes where the timing of Confirmation is restored to occur previous to First Eucharist. This is often called "restored order" because it reflects the order of the sacraments as they were celebrated in the early church, and as they are today in the Eastern Churches.
